Kings Island Opening $27 Million Resort in 2021

Visitors to Ohio’s Kings Island will soon be able to experience an urban camping experience at the theme park’s new Camp Cedar Luxury Outdoor Resort.
The $27 million project, which is currently under construction, is set to open in Spring 2021 and will feature RV hook-ups and private cottages spread out over 50 acres less than a mile from Kings Island theme park.

Camp Cedar will be a vacation in and of itself, with the luxury resort offering outdoor entertainment, pools, walking trails, ponds, fire pits, grills, and water play features.
According to a press release from Kings Island, the resort’s Grand Lodge will feature an indoor/outdoor restaurant, shopping, exercise facility, and an outdoor cantina. Pool guests can take advantage of private cabanas and poolside service.
The resort will also offer Stay and Play packages for guests visiting Kings Island.
