Celebrity Cruises Raising Daily Gratuity Fee

Cruisers vacationing with Celebrity Cruises in 2020 will see a change in the amount of gratuity they leave, with the company raising their daily gratuity fee on January 6th.
The raise will see the fee increase by 6.9 percent above the current fee, according to a report from TravelPulse.
According to TravelPulse, the rates will change as follows:
“Tips on standard staterooms changed from $14.50 to $15.50 per day, per guest. Concierge Class and AquaClass staterooms changed from $15 to $16 per day, per guest. And Suite Class accommodations changed from $18 to $19 per day, per guest.”
Guests who have already booked and prepaid their gratuities in advance will not be charged the increased fee.
