A new $2 billion theme park is coming to the USA – and you won’t find it in California or Florida!
The American Heartland Theme Park and Resort is slated to open in 2026 in Vinita, Oklahoma.
According to Insider, the future theme park, which celebrates America, could end up being the same size as Disney’s Magic Kingdom and will include a massive RV park with a whopping 750 spaces.
“At the crossroads of the heartland, Oklahoma is an attractive location for a family entertainment destination,” American Heartland CEO Larry Wilhite said in a statement reported by Insider.
The news outlet reports that the theme park will span 125 acres featuring six “distinctly American lands” that tell the story of America.
“Families will find thrilling rides and heartwarming shows as they discover Great Plains, Bayou Bay, Big Timber Falls, Stony Point Harbor, Liberty Village, and Electropolis,” Insider reports a press release as saying.
