Virgin Hotels Opens New Property in Scotland

Virgin Hotels has opened its second European property courtesy of a new hotel in Glasgow, Scotland.
According to Business Travel News Europe, Virgin Hotels Glasgow is located on the banks of the River Clyde and is home to 240 rooms and suites (which Virgin calls ‘Chambers’), a Commons Club flagship restaurant and bar, and features artworks from local Scottish illustrators, painters, and photographers.
“We are driven by our passion for delivering innovative design and heartfelt service, and our latest opening is no exception. Every detail has been curated to reflect the dynamic and diverse essence of Glasgow,” Virgin Hotels Collection CEO James Bermingham said.

Virgin’s other European hotel is also located in Scotland.
Virgin Hotels Edinburgh is situated in the historic India Buildings, just a short four-minute walk from the famous Edinburgh Castle.
