Complimentary food may no longer be reserved for those flying first class, or international. Delta has announced they will be testing complimentary food for passengers sitting in coach on transcontinental flights.
The testing phase will focus on complimentary food from their buy-on-board menu, which consists mainly of sandwiches and wraps.
Delta has revealed they will release further information after the culmination of the testing period and decide on a “go forward” plan depending on the results they receive.
