According to Trulia, the apartment, which has yet to be built, will be designed by renowned architect Robert A.M. Stern, and available for move in 2018. The apartment building is called 70 Vestry and located in Tribeca, Page Six reports.

The 5,000 square-foot luxury apartment will overlook the Hudson River and boast posh amenities such as private separate entrances for residents. The building will reportedly feature a private sauna, steam room and exercise studio for residents.
