Actress Eva Longoria decided to spend Christmas in the sun and jetted off to Mexico for a whale watching trip and beach vacation.
The Texas native celebrated Christmas on the beach – with a fully decorated tree and all!
Looking super trim in a white bikini and matching sunhat, the 41-year-old, who is a huge yoga fan, showed off her amazing beach body.
Captioning her post, “First day of vacay and this is how I feel!” the star looked relaxed on the Mexican sun drenched beach, amid news – first reported by TMZ that a lawsuit has been filed against her Hollywood restaurant, Beso.
According to TMZ, the lawsuit – brought by Michael Paul Flores – alleges he was beaten up by members of the restaurant’s security staff after attending an after party for the screening of Eva’s movie Lowriders back in June.
