Alcoholic Drinks Finally Coming to Disneyland!

After a 63-year sobriety, alcoholic beverages are finally coming to California’s Disneyland.

As part of the new “Star Wars: Galaxy Edge” section at both Disney World and Disneyland, Disney park goers over the age of 21 will have the chance to try out an array of different alcoholic beverages at Oga’s Cantina.
“Oga’s Cantina is the kind of establishment that attracts some of the most interesting and disreputable characters in the galaxy,” Disney Imagineer Scott Trowbridge revealed on Disney Parks blog. “And you never know when a stormtrooper or a familiar face will show up. Patrons of the cantina come from across the galaxy to sample the famous concoctions created with exotic ingredients using “otherworldly” methods, served in unique vessels. With choices for kids and libations for adults, the cantina will make a great stop.”
Just like in the movie, Oga’s Cantina will be run by alien Oga Garra.
There’s just one catch though – any alcoholic beverage purchased must be consumed inside the tavern and not taken back out into the park.
