Universal Orlando Resort Hikes Ticket Prices

Universal Orlando Resort is raising some ticket prices ahead of its $750 million expansion.
According to USA Today, the starting price for one-day, one-park tickets has increased by $10 across all three Universal Florida parks.
A one-day ticket to Universal Studios Florida and Universal Islands of Adventure will now cost $119 for adults and $114 for children. Meanwhile, access to Universal’s Volcano Bay water park will now set guests back $80 for an adult ticket and $75 for a child’s ticket.
“Our pricing reflects the incredible, world-class entertainment experiences we continue to offer our guests, and with our date-based variable pricing model, guests have more flexibility when planning a visit to our destination and can choose the best time to visit that suits their needs,” Universal Orlando said in a statement to USA TODAY.
