Prince Harry chose to join the humble masses in economy, ditching the opportunity to stretch out and be pampered in the first class section on a recent international flight.
According to AOL, the royal prince gave Nippon Airways passengers quite a shock when he boarded a flight from Tokyo to Heathrow and took his seat in premium economy.
The new dad had been in Japan to watch the 2019 Rugby World Cup where England lost to South Africa.
“Tonight was not England’s night, the duke wrote on Instagram following England’s loss. “But the whole nation is incredibly proud of what @EnglandRugby have achieved over the past few months. Hold your heads high boys, you did an outstanding job and we couldn’t have asked more from you.”
Harry’s economy flight comes months after he and Meghan received backlash for taking private planes, despite the couple’s mission to be environmentally friendly.
