Jimmy Buffett Parrotheads will soon be able to chow down on a Cheeseburger in Paradise aboard a Margaritaville cruise ship.
According to the Points Guy, Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville is adding cruises to its ever-expanding list of hotels, resorts, and restaurants in 2022 in partnership with Bahamas Paradise Cruise Line.
The company’s new cruise program will be called Margaritaville at Sea with sailings set to take place on a 30-year-old ship that was originally built for Costa Cruises.
The 1,680 passenger, 10-deck high vessel will undergo a multimillion-dollar overhaul ahead of the sailings and be rebranded as Margaritaville Paradise.
“To me, the only thing better than being on a beach by the ocean, is to be on the ocean. Now you can follow in our wake,” the “Son of a Son of a Sailor” singer said in a statement reported by the Points Guy.
The Margaritaville Paradise will sail from Palm Beach to Grand Bahama Island in the Bahamas starting on April 30, 2022.
