After scaling back its opening hours due to the coronavirus pandemic, Disney World has announced they will be extending their hours in the lead-up to, what will hopefully be, a busy holiday season.
According to USA Today, Magic Kingdom will stay open an extra hour on Halloween weekend – opening from 9 a.m until 9 p.m on Friday and Saturday.
The extended hours for Magic Kingdom will also extend into November, with USA Today reporting the park will stay open until 9 p.m on Fridays and Saturdays during November, along with Sunday, November 8, 15 and 22.
Visitors to Magic Kingdom during the week will also be able to take advantage of extended hours with the park remaining open Monday through Thursday until 9 p.m beginning November 9 through Thanksgiving weekend.
Epcot will also see extended park hours through Thanksgiving. The park will be open from 11 a.m through 9 p.m on Friday and 11 a.m through 10 p.m on Saturday on Halloween weekend. During November, Epcot will close at 10 p.m every Friday and Saturday, together with Sunday, November 8, 15 and 22.
In the lead-up to the busy holiday shopping period, Disney Springs will stay open until 11 p.m every Friday and Saturday beginning this weekend through November.
