International Airline Group’s low-cost brand LEVEL is gearing up to transport passengers between Miami and Barcelona.
The new transatlantic route is expected to launch in late March 2024, with three weekly flights on Sundays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
“Today is a very important day for the company since announcing the incorporation of the sixth aircraft and the new Barcelona-Miami route is a great step in Level’s commitment to connecting Barcelona with distant destinations in America,” Lucia Adrover, LEVEL’s chief commercial officer, said in a statement reported by Breaking Travel News Europe. “We diversified our offer to offer an increasingly broad and robust product to our customers.”
Miami will become LEVEL’s fifth American destination. The airline already flies to Boston, Los Angeles, San Francisco, and New York.
According to Simple Flying, “the flight will depart Barcelona at 15:40 and land in Miami at 20:00. With a quick turnaround time, the return flight will leave Miami at 21:45 and land in Barcelona at 13:10 on the following day,” aboard a 314 passenger Airbus A330-200.
