For those seeking the ultimate in refined cruising, Orient Express will be eyeing the high seas for its latest travel venture.

According to the Robb Report, for the first time in 140 years, the Orient Express will take its unbridled luxury to the ocean.

Accor has announced that a new Orient Express cruise liner, known as Silenseas, will debut in Spring 2026.
According to the Robb Report, the extravagant 722-foot vessel will become the world’s largest sailing yacht upon launch.

Silenseas will accommodate up to 120 passengers on voyages throughout the Caribbean and the Mediterranean. Inspired by the golden age of the French Riviera, the yacht will house 54 spacious suites, two swimming pools, two restaurants, a speakeasy bar, an amphitheater, a recording studio, and a luxury spa.

“With Orient Express Silenseas, we are opening a new chapter in our history: the experience and excellence of luxury travel transposed to the most beautiful seas in the world,” Accor’s chairman and CEO Sébastien Bazin said in a statement reported by the Robb Report. “This exceptional sailboat, with roots anchored in the history of Orient Express, will offer unparalleled service and spaces with refined designs, reminiscent of the golden age of legendary cruises.”
