Disney Springs to Start Phased Reopening This Month

Disney Springs will begin to welcome visitors back later this month, with the Walt Disney World Resort shopping and dining destination starting a phased reopening beginning May 2.
Disney Springs, which has been closed since March due to the coronavirus pandemic, will begin opening with limited capacity and operating hours, together with a number of health and safety changes which will likely see the use of face coverings, increased cleaning and distancing measures.

According to the Disney Parks Blog, a “limited number of shopping and dining experiences that are owned by third-party operating participants will begin to open during this initial phase.”
The rest of the Walt Disney World Resort, including theme parks and hotels, will remain closed until further notice.
